Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible to return, all items must have their original tags and must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Items in this condition that are returned within 14 days of shipment qualify for a refund. Items returned between 14 and 30 days do not qualify for a refund and a store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please immediately inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or is customized incorrectly, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery date.
