If my item does not fit what should I do?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not fit, send it back to us and we will get you another size or issue you store credit. 


Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If you are shipping your order within West Virginia, applicable sales tax will be added automatically. 


I am not completely satisfied with my monogram. What should I do?

Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  If your item is defective or customized incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

How long does it take to get my item monogrammed/personalized?

Please allow 5-7 business days for our customization process.


If I want something, but it is sold out when will it be back in stock?

We sure do! We offer egiftcards that will be emailed to you.


How do I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders quickly so you can get them soon. We cannot cancel orders, but we will gladly accept a return within the return guidelines.
